The Blueprint is built for total beginners through intermediates. The Collective and 1:1 are best suited for lifters with at least 6–12 months of consistent training under their belt — not because beginners can't benefit, but because most beginners get faster results from the Blueprint while they build discipline and base strength.
Most clients feel a difference inside the first 30 days — strength up, body composition shifting, energy and discipline climbing. Visible changes other people notice typically land around weeks 8–12. The 16-week 1:1 program is built around this timeline because that's where the work compounds into a physique the mirror can't argue with.
Plan on 4–6 hours per week of training, plus a 30–45 minute weekly Zoom check-in and brief daily messaging. Beyond that, the program is built to fit around real life, not replace it.
